On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival (from your smart phone, tablet or please print and bring with you), or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring this instead.
If you purchase a gift ticket and card, this will be posted within seven working days.
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please print this email and bring it with you when you visit.
You do not have to print your ticket, we can scan your tickets from your smart phone or tablet. Alternatively, make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring it with you, coupled with some ID.
Standard, full-priced admission tickets are valid to use for twelve months from date of purchase. Please note that we will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Friday 5 January – Friday 2 February 2018 (inclusive).
If you have purchased standard, full-priced tickets, these are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
You can either purchase tickets ahead of your visit online, or on the day at the park.
If you have purchased any of our tickets or products online, you can cancel your order by notifying us that you wish to do so within 14 days of receiving your goods or ticket(s), provided you have not used them. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days after this. Please call 01264 773850 if you wish to cancel an order.

We advise visitors that we have a natural countryside setting. Sensible footwear and appropriate clothing for outdoors are recommended. Most walkways are laid paths; however you may find some natural unevenness within our grounds.
If attending an experience session, please avoid wearing bright coloured clothing.
A minimum of 14 days notice is required to alter or cancel a booking. We regret that any alterations or cancellations notified after this time will result in forfeit of the event and any related monies. (If the booking has to be cancelled by the Trust, a mutually suitable alternative date will be found.) Bookings are non-refundable. However they can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify the Trust if you wish to do this.
Monetary gift vouchers can be redeemed against any of our tickets, experiences, events, membership or products in the Trust shop and Feathers Restaurant. If you would like to use your voucher to book an experience or event, please call 01264 773850 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. All other items can be purchased on site using your voucher.
